Buona, originale. In una parola : De la Senne.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2013 Bitter is better indeed. Another quality beer by brussels’ finest. Great taste, fresh and surprising aftertaste. The balance between bitterness and fruit is amazing, very well balanced beer. Ace!

Bottle from Monument in Concord, CA. And a really full bottle - to 1/2 inch from the top! Pours hazy gold with a creamy/fizzy white head. Aroma is a bit earthy, but certainly has banana ester notes. My mind started thinking of a fruity pilsner. Med body. Flavor is fruit esters, a little bit of barnyard, and some nice bitter. Some citrus at the end. Extremely tasty ale.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Enormous white head with excellent retention conglomerates as it recedes leaving spider lacing. Sweet caramel, grass and mild resin aromas. Thin to medium bodied with sweet caramel upfront turning to earthy bitter grapefruit in the lasting finish.
