Sehr trockener Beginn mit bitterem Vordergrund, wenig grasig. Zu trocken, gelungen herb. Etwas unausgewogen. /8/8/8//8

Aroma of cheese cloth, flowers, citrus and lemon. Appearance was tinted gold with foamy white head. Flavor is rather hop/herb centered; the finish is dry and quite long. The palate is creamy and bubbly. Good.

Bottle. Amber beer with a whitish head. Yeast and spice aroma with light fruity esters. Yeast and spice flavor with light sumemr fruit and light malt. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with light malt and light fruitiness.

Hazy blond color with a gorgeous creamy head and very nice lace. Mild malt aroma, floral. Smooth mouthfeel, good flavor of spicy malt, with moderate yeast presence and quite strong bitterness. A good beer.

Cloudy blond color, with compact generous head. The aroma is strong, very spicy yeast, with spicy hops; perfumy and fresh. Dry mouthfeel, smooth and highly carbonated; spicy malt and yeast flavor, with bold bitterness and a zesty hop background. Long final.
Very modern Belgian Ale, without denying the tradition.

330ml Bottle - Amber/gold with a slight haze and a foamy head. Tea, lemon, spice and grapefruit in the aroma. Bitter and fruity taste with notes of lemon, grapefruit, spice, yeast and dried banana.

Bottle 33 cl from Beer Planet. Very balanced sweet and bitter taste, the hop bitterness seems to be more controlled than with the other de la Senne beers. Dryish lingering palate.

At Memphis Taproom. Pours golden with thin white head. Sweet malt, honey and spice on the nose. Taste is sweet golden malts, with, honey and pepper ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Akkurat, June 2012. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of malt, "tutti-frutti", grape and grain. The finish was bitter. Not bad but not that interesting either.

Tap at Iron Abbey. Mostly clear yellow pour with a white head. Sugar and yeast, some syrupy grain. Some hop bite late.

330ml bottle. Pours a pale straw, with a white head. Hoppy, spicy, citrusy aroma, malt wheat, yeast, spruce, reminiscent of a Saison. Dry, medium bodied, medium to high bitterness, creamy CO2. Hoppy, spicy taste, citrus, pine resin, grapefruit, wheat, yeast. Long, dry, bitter finish. (2012-04-12)
