Hazy golden with a massive, cloudy white foam, slowly dissipating leaving lots of lacings. Aroma of herbs, grass, citrus, yeast, clove. Taste mostly bitter with pine-tree, in between citrus, some malt presence like grains and bread, bitter lasting finish with hints of cereal and dry, bitter hops. Light to medium body, medium carbo. Easy to drink and very refreshing.

Pours cloudy amber with big white head. Zesty, malty and slightly macro-lager like aroma with some bubblegum notes. Light bodied palate with maltiness and a slight bitterness. Pretty nondescript. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Leighton (13853) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 12, 2015
Bottle at home in London - big thanks to Etre! Pours hazy gold with a large, frothy white head that relaxes into a cream. The aroma holds lightly doughy pale bread, some crispy straw, grapefruit, orange rind. Light to medium sweet flavor with further bready pale malts, nips of candi sugar, light bitter straw, ripe lemon, cereal. Light to medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet finish, a little sugary, with further ripening citrus, biscuits, crackers, some light bitter hay, faint grass. A pretty tasty, easy drinking Belgian offering.

Alengrin (3148) - BELGIUM - MAR 12, 2015
Tasted at Nuetnigenough’s pop-up at ACBF. Pale yellowish white, stable head over a misty peach blonde beer. Aroma of floral hops, chamomille, apple, honey, starfruit, honey, dried lemon peel, earth. Vivid fruity onset (apricot, pineapple, gooseberry), yeasty with a refreshing, gentle acidity, bready malt sweet backbone, bitterish, floral and leafy hops in the finish, mild and ’feminine’, very quenching. Nice ale.

Bottle 33cl kindly shared by Bartlebier. A cloudy copper beer with huge head and good lacing. Nose is on peppery hops, belgian yeast. Aroma is on sweet malt, yellow fruits such as apricot and mirabelles, spices such as coriander, sweet, belgian yeast, mint, caramel. A quite complex beer, sweet and fruity with typical belgian notes.
