Bottle 0.33l from Marlou Zonhoven. Pours almost black with firm beige head. Aroma roasted malt, yeast, blue cheese. Intense. Taste is roasted malt, slightly sour, medium bitter, licorice, dried fruit, some sweetness in the back. Really good. As always with de la Senne. Great taste but never overwhelming.

330ml bottle, Brusseleir Zwet IPA. Dark brown-red amber colour, frothy off-white head that dissipates away leaving alittle lacing and aroma of malt, tangy hop, roasted notes. Taste is malty, dark fruity, chocolate, earthy coffee, roast bitter with hoppy notes. Smoothish mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, warming dry roast malt bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Selon moi il y a que le petit gout de café qui est très bon, le reste est quelque chose de na pas trouvé. La couleur est très étrange, c’est une bière très lourde.

Bottled. Pours deep reddish amber with a large beigehead. Aroma of slightly roasted malt, prune, raisins, chocolate, wood, orange and caramel, amoung with sour cherry notes. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry. Medium bodied, oily texture and sofr carb. A very nice and complex Belgian.

330ml bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours dark brown, roasted stout-like flavours, lots of burnt malts, quite full bodied and thick for a Black IPA, with liquorice, treacle & yeast notes. Very nice.

"Brusseleir".

bottle poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of cocoa, toffee, roastiness, light spice and light yeast. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of cocoa, toffee, light spice and light yeast with a crisp dry lingering cocoa finish.

330ml bottle pours a deep ruby color with a 2 finger tan head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is dark fruits and with hints of chocolate and wine. Taste is a dark fruit and malty sweetness with a light roasted bitterness finishing with some chocolate. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Decent brew.
