11.2oz bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a big, off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, some light notes of tartness, wheat and pale malts, hints of fruits, and light bitterness. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything. Average texture. A pretty solid beer for the style.

33cl bottle. Lightly hazed golden yellow with nice bright marangue white head that settles down and leaves some lacing. Light sweetness wrapped with hay, minerality, bit of bubblegum and faint lemon. Light sweetness up front, peppery hay in the middle finishes with dance between myer lemon, white pepper and hay. Very nice and would love more.

Cloudy pale blond color with compact head. The aroma is delicate and spicy. The mouthfeel is very smooth; good malt flavor with a tone of cereals, nice yeast spiciness, light residual sugars; correct bitterness; it has some astringency in the end, becoming drier, and it’s also metallic.
Nicely made.

Pours a clear light yellow with a big fluffy white top. Smell is mild honey, spice, yeast, grass. Taste is a nice blend of the aforementioned flavors ending with some citrus and mild dryness. Body is light and the carbonation is well done and nicely structured. Overall a very nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a clear bright gold body with a large frothy white head that very slowly faded. The nose is light, delicate, slightly floral, and just a little herbal smelling. The flavor is spot on for the style for me. Very light and delicate without all the heavy spicing of many American efforts at the style. Just the right amount of hops to keep it interesting without being distracting from the style. Finishes with light floral and earthy qualities. Light bodied and delicat on the tongue with soft lively carbonation. Very nice effort at the style.

Bottle (33 cl) from Etre Gourmet. Hazy golden, medium white head. Bready, grainy, peppery, floral and herbal hops. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with firm bitterness. Typical De la Senne tasty stuff.
