Bottled in December of 2013 and just now hitting shelves in Colorado? - what the hell? - of course I did not notice this until after buying it - oh well - at leasts it has actuall held up pretty well - turbid gold - head’s a little fizzy - nose of pale Belgian malts and a lot of juicy citrus character, as well as some spicy phenolics - soft, pleasant malt character - well-hidden alcohol - medium sweet, but with a light, balancing acidity late, leading to a moderately bitter, floral finish, with some dry, earthy, lightly dusty phenols - there is a touch of noticeable oxidation that definitely lessens the enjoyment - fresh this would probably be in the mid fours for me

A hazed blonde ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with vanilla fudge, honey, light oxidation. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light oxidation, orange peel, coriander, alcohol warmth, wet paper, Belgian hops... Ok.

Draught @La Bona Pinta in Barcelona. Cloudy golden, one finger of white head. Smells of malts, spices and yeast, quite typical belgian blonde. Similar taste, yeast again, good final bitterness.

33cl @ bottle. Tripel belga particolare, non mi ha convinto del tutto. Retrogusto troppo amarognolo.
