Herbal aroma, some pepper, fruit. As you’d expect from these hop loving brewers, this is remarkably bitter for a tripel, but remains very drinkable. Bonus points for the beer’s theme and description.

330 bottle @ l'île au malt, Soorts-hossegor. Orange-yellow, unfiltered. Lightweight foam head. Yeast aroma and light citrus. Medium body, but it's a triple, it has the masche. Taste lemony hops. Bitterness control. A beautiful contemporary Belgian triple.

330ml bottle, pours hazy golden brown with a foamy white head. Big aromas with caramel malt sweetness, zesty lemon, apple citrus flavours, spicy yeast. Starts sweet with a touch of dry sourness before ending in a long hoppy bitter finish, body is light, texture oily, carbonation average to lively. Nice beer, a hoppy tripel.

Dang! Was looking forward to a bright spicy tripel. I got a sweet syrup bomb with some heavy handed bittering hops. Bummer. Poured a murky gold.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. 18.30 degrees P. Cloudy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast, peppery and some fruity notes. Peppery and hoppy flavour (49 IBU), not too sweet, not too dry - well balanced. Very good - a beer I’ll have again.

A lovely, luscious beer with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Pears, apples, grapes & sour notes. Beautiful Belgiumness at its Best. Rated by BrewTom

Shared a 33cl bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a thin white head. Yeast, coriander, honey and citrus in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is more bitter than sweet, what is not very normal in Tripels. Overall, a very food beer that made me change my opinion about tripels.
