From 0.33l bottle. BBD: 12.06.14 - but stored all the time properly in the fridge. Pours hazy straw yellow liquid, small to medium frothy white head, Aroma: raisins, candied fruits, fruity, flowers - elderflower? , malts, very light alcohol, Taste: medium to heavy sweet, medium bitter, light sour, sweet fruits, raisins, candied fruits, light alcohol, yeast, Palate: full body, creamy texture, average carbonation, long bitter fruity finish. Overall: very nice tripel, lacked some more complex body, but overall very drinkable one.

On draft at The Sovereign for the Brasserie de la Senne beer dinner with Yvan De Baets. Poured a very light hazy yellow color with a small head. Aroma was sweet malts, light sugar notes. Touch of grain notes. Wheat, sugar, light white pepper notes. Dry finish, very mild for being 8%, very tasty.

330ml brown bottle. A plae yellow coloured brew with haze and a thin white head. Nose - lemon, yeast, grains. Taste - yeasty with grains and a lot of hops. Bitter end with some yeast and chalk. Alright.
