American-inspired Brussels IPA, apparently a collaboration. Stable, off-white head, peach blond colour. Aroma dominated by grassy and peppery hops, grapefruit, orange zest, bitter honey, unripe peach, spiciness. Citrussy onset, fruity, honeyish malt sweetishness, hearty and spicy in the middle and long, dry, peppery and citrussy hop bitterness in the finish.

Tap at Maxs. Unfiltered, deep orange-brown. Not that impressive. Malty and thick, with a noble hop balance. Doesn’t really have any of the fruity esters you might expect from a Belgian IPA. Leaning way into the toffee, caramel malt. OK, sort of uninspired, not much of an IPA.

Bottled. Pours hazy amber with a lalge, lacing off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, orange, peach, grapefruit and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. An excellent IPA.

Bottle. Pous a cloudy gold with small frothy off white head that lasts leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a nice fruity hop and resin. Medium mouthfeel with light fruity hop with lingering bitter finish. Easy to drink, good.

11.2 fl oz bottle purchased at Louisville Beer Store. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a 3 inch loose light tan head. The aroma is caramel malt, lightly toasted and a citrus apricot behind. There is also a bit of mineral and a hint of yeast in the back. The taste is bitter citrus peel up front followed by the toasted malt behind. The bitter mineral earth carries finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with low carbonation and dry earth bitter mineral finish. No bottle date, this may have been a bit past it.

On bottle from Beershop.be. Golden color, good foam. Good fruity aromas, distinct, but integrated hops: medium intensity- some good yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness, well balanced. Very enjoyable
