3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at rattle n’ hum.
Pours dark brown with a thin coffee-colored head. Aroma is nice and malty but with a good amount of spice added (pepper, cinnamon). Flavor is just like a normal dry stout to begin with but then it transitions into a spicy finish. Quite strange, but not bad, I can see why Belgium is not known for its stouts.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Brewed in Belgium !!! Pours a very dark brown color with a super foamy headt that dissipates in a few minutes. Aroma of roasted malts, smoke, dark malts and earth. Taste is very similar to the aroma with the addition of some peppery notes. Mouthfeel is very thin and dry !!! Overall this stout drinkable, but not exciting.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark brown pour with a tiny tan head. aroma is cocoa powder, some bitter cocoa bean and a but of skim milk. Light but creamy in the mouth. Flavors are pretty straightforward, chocolate starts out sweet and ends a bit bitter in the back of the palate. Nothing extraordinary, but nonetheless a nice session stout.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
11.2 oz. bottle- Pours brown to black with reddish highlights, the head is similar to a Belgian ale, thin with lively popping bubbles that dissipates fairly quickly. The aroma at first smelled like a Euro- lager, but then after a couple whiffs, a nice peppery spice like Belgian aroma came through. The flavor is roasted chocolate and very stout like, but what threw me was the carbonation and the palate, very Belgian or champagne like. Different, but not the greatest by any means.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Rattle’n’Hum. Pleasantly sweet, malty aroma. Stouterik (cute name) is a dry, peppery stout. There is not a lot of ester action, and it is nice on the palate. Pretty good.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a clear dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Nose is sweet chocolatey toasted malt, dried cherries, some caramel. Medium body, somewhat roasty malts, initial sweetness, and a musty yeast taste. Tastes slightly watery. Finish is just barely bitter, some more chocolate and earthiness.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
a toasty stout that is just a bit acrid and creamy with a vibrant pour and a brown head. a bit of fruit in there and an interesting sweetness that to me seemed rather complex.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Beer bistro. Black, with a little permanent off-whte head, lace on the sides of the glass, and rising carbonation bubbles. Sourish aromas, mild roast as well. The mouthfeel is below average. The taste is a mild stout, with roast right there. Sourish roast, a tad astringent, in the finish.
