Comme si des zests d’agrumes avaient été lancés dans une premium lager. Le corps est quelque peu machable et le côté levuré est assez propre, agréable.

Pours a cloudy gold with a nice 3 finger head in a tulip glass. Overwhelming aroma of citrusy hops, but quite pleasant. The taste is bread, pepper, grapefruit, with big hops as the description on the bottle suggests. Very dry on the palate with a slight metallic aftertaste. Overall, not a bad belgian ale.

Bottle with MICHAEL JAMES. Transluscent, honey coloured, nice uniform looking thin head. Dry throughout. Hay, dry hope, a bit of tobacco and very slightly moldy aroma. More hay in flavor, some pinot grigio, faint fruity flavors including apple/peach/pear. A bit of perfume/citrus in the aroma as well, I realized shortly after starting to drink.

Strong aroma of herbs, hops and fruit. Appears hazy and golden with a thick white head. The taste is medium sweet but very bitter overall and especially dry in the finish. This makes for a long finish. Mouthfeel is a bit creamy and pleasant. An odd beer, but not my style.

color dorado bastante tupido y espuma blanca densa y persistente. Aromas círticos, herbales y pan. Cuerpo ligero, el sabor de la levadura es evidente y tiene un final cítrico, herbal y seco. Bien.

From 0,33l bottle. BBD: 04/09/14. Pours deep hazy straw-milk pale yellow liquid, medium frothy white head. Aroma: yeast, malt, light banana, Taste: light sweet, medium to heavy bitter, light sour. Very fresh taste, pleasant, hoppy. Strong yeast and hop taste. Palate: light body, creamy/sticky texture, lively carbonation, long intensive bitter finish. Very drinkable. Overall: Nice, fresh drinkable Belgian ale, but lacking more aroma and taste. Perhaps also less yeasty taste would be a good step.

Pale gold color with large fluffy white head that diminishes leaving thick rings of lacing. Aroma is light, hoppy and floral and citrus. Flavor has nice bitter hops, with spices and bready yeasts, and a clean finish. Pretty good overall, strong flavor and easy drinking.

Poured from the bottle, hazy golden colour with a white head. Hoppy aroma and the taste to match.

A- Pours a deep, hazy yellow with a small, off white head. S- Yeasty, wheat. T- Yeasty and bready up front, moving in to a sharp grapefruit bitterness that lingers on the tongue. M- Creamy, medium/low carbonation. D- Decently drinkable brew. Not really my cup of tea but I don’t mind it.
