From the Bier Tempel in Brugge. Aroma is mild - just the slightest hint of dry pasta. The easing in of the hops to the flavor is impressive and consistent. The finishing touch is a little bit of tongue dancing - spritz. A low ABV hoppy beer with a touch of Belgian yeast is welcome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught @ La Porte Noire, Brussels. Pours cloudy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of malt amd grain, with notes of hops and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with subtle citric and malty notes and touches of yeast. Bitter aftertaste. Okay.

Bottle from BottleDog, London. Poured a hazy light yellow, with a dense white head. Aroma of peppery hop, melon and Belgian yeast esters. Bready malt flavours, with very dry, grassy hop notes and some tart berries. Super dry grain in the finish, with some straw and chalky hints.

Hazy yellow with a nice foam top. Smells like regular lager but the taste is definitely more bitter. A lot of taste for a beer with so little alcohol. Yeast, citrus, herbs, pepper. Nice dry finish with a bit of sweetness. Great summer beer.

A good pale ale in the belgian style with english hops, probably e.k golding for the late additions. Refreshing, citric and soft.

[Bottle at Volo] Pours a murky yellow-gold with a small semi-lasting frothy white head. Interesting, and nice, aroma is yeasty and hoppy along with grain and some light fruity tartness. Flavour is lightly tart, grainy and quite herbal along with a long moderate bitter finish. Average bodied. Not great, but pretty good.

bottle pour from cap it appears this is slightly over 1 year old..a bit past recommended drink by date..medium orange color with a fair amount of floating brown sediment..slight haze..good amount of carbonation..nose is a mixture of lemon..grains..lemon rind..wet dough..light bodied with a real solid full flavor profile with some spice..hint of sourness..corriander..all in all a full flavored offering for the low abv..finishes fairly dry with a hoppy cider like quality to it..unique offering and easy to drink beer that pairs well with warm weather

Pours a very murky light golden yellow with lots of particles floating around. Nice rocky white head that settles to a big dollop and a ring and leaves behind thick lacing. Aroma has some light fruit character and cracker malt with some yeast and herbal character. Taste has some herbal hops and light citrus at first then you get some floral and soapy hops followed by white pepper. Has a moderate level of slightly sharp bitterness. Finishes with bitterness and pepper. Medium bodied with light/medium carbonation. Bottle date said this was a month old and the hops were very bright tasting. Would like to get another bottle and set on it a few months to observe the difference.
