:This is a beer that’s nice to look at; is refreshing and easy to drink, but is a little shallow in flavor.

Aroma is wild yeast, hay, lemon grass , citrus and light funk. Taste is very light malts that are balanced quite well with a slightly tangy and earthy hop profile . Appearance is a hazy gold with a fluffy pillow head that retains quite well.

Light blonde, dense white head, fine bubbles. Fresh citrus aroma, no soap. Bitter hoppy taste, citra, now with a bit of soap, medium body, nice and light in abv!

Bottle. Pours like a soft drink, high carbonation, light yellow color. Fresh and crisp aroma that reminds of IPA: lychee, carrot juice, pineapple, yeast/cheese note. Taste: holy mother of bitterness... Fruity undertone with a penetrating bitterness that reminds of walnut. In subsequent sips, the bitterness mellows down and starts to pair nicely with the fruity palate, which is mostly exotic fruit, carrot, hint of apricots. If IPA is a little too sweet/exotic for you, try this one.

12 oz. bottle from Perry’s. It pours a light orange color with a nice white head. The aroma is lightly citrus, light spice and a bit earthy. More noble in character. Slight hints of skunk/age. The mouthfeel is velvety with rich pale malt, nice bready yeast character and snappy noble spicy hop bitterness. Very soft. Minor citrus notes. This was pretty nice, but seems like it would be better fresher. Too bad there’s no bottle dates. Plus at $5 for a small bottle, this won’t be a repeat purchase.
