Thanks BDR Pour was hazy gold. Aroma was earthy cheesy bretty, some light pale fruit. peach/apricot. Flavour was tart lemon and under ripe apricot. Some biscuity maltiness. Nice tart lingering sourness. Very nice.

Bottle shared by BDR. Slightly hazy yellow pour, very sour peach/apricot aroma. Flavor is plenty of sour lemon with no sweetness, biting aftertaste of lingering sourness. Loved this one, highlight of the night for me.

Bottle. Hazed orange, frothy off-white head. Gueuze-ish nose, dry cheese, with some acidic apricot in the very finish. Very nice nose. Flavors a bit less sour than the aroma led on...but very nice gueuze flavors..a little plasticy note here and there, but not too distracting. Body may be a bit thinner than it should be, but maybe its not and that’s the interestingly high abv here and I’m just confused. Very nice regardless.

[Bottle] shared by bdr. Thanks brad! Pours a hazy gold with a small, soapy beige head. Aroma is nice and funky, cheese, musty, light hoppiness, and lactic acid. The flavor is moderately sour, reminiscent of Cantillon, quite dry, nice funk. What a nice beer. Very much like a gueuze, just lacking the body and a bit of the funk.

Hazy golden yellow with relatively nice head for a wild ale. Wow. A great aroma with a little lactic character. A very similar body thats amazing. The sourness lingers and the horse blanket gets a little stronger with each sip.

A hazy orange colored beer, with a small white head. The aroma of bread, some sour with wood notes. The taste of some sour dough, fruits like apple. A little sticky. The aftertaste is some sour with notes of sweet and some bitter.

Bottle shared by Kan, thanks! Poured a cloudy pale gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was quite funky with note of barnyard and horse blanket with a hint of slightly acetate sour fruits. Flavor was much more sour with nicely acidic fruits with a hint of funk in the finish. Sour fruits were slightly acetone in the finish as well.

De la senne wadesda. 750ml bottle from west lakeview... Pours a golden glowing orange hue with a thin soapy white head... Aroma is vinegary with a very light acetone character, sour fir sure but nice in a lambic sort of way... Flavors are sour, tart and puckering. Nice flavors where the lambic takes centerstage. Unable to detect the abv really. Sour lovers should try and seek this one out. Delectably satiating with the only detraction being the acetone nature in the nose. 7/4/8/4/16

750 ml bottle shared by Kan. Thanks! Pours a nice murky glowing darker golden hue, touches of amber, a decent frothy whitish head sits atop and laces and rings. Aromas are a big funkiness. Tart lemons and lactic acidity, touches of dry tea, light bready malts, funky horseblanket and leather flare. A touch of acetone, stronger sourness and funk take over with light vinegar, brett, wet oak. Initial is fairly big sourness, touches of lactic acid, wet oak, vinegar and sourness, bigger leather and funky dust and barnyard, grass and a touch of brett, lingering and permeating lemon fruit. A bit much acetone on the nose, but the tart lemon, lemonade, acidity and lactic acid win me over. Great balanced sour, leaning towards the sourhead’s dream in taste and balance, sour slanted, lemonade and lactic acid, touches of brett fall back but are still there. Quite tasty. Reminds me of the Girardin Black, but deeper, with more sourness and complexity.
