Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized vast white head. Hazy yellow colored beer. Aroma is oh so typical and bot even that good: hops, herbs, glue... But give it a while and both aroma and flavour gets better: hoos, light hop gruits, floral tints, some herbs, bitters and even a light tartness. So with time it gets better! Aftertaste is bitter, light dry, herbal, hoppy, light fruity and grass. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied. Gets absolutely with 15+ minutes, nice!

Bottle at L’Egalite - Brussels. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a fluffy white head. Quite tasty, with pale biscuits, some lemon zest, slight bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, well balanced, further biscuits, hay. Solid.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks David K. for this bottle! Nice cloudy yellow with a white head. Pleasant aroma with a complex yeast & hops character - citrus, zest, grass, a floral note and a bit of tropical fruits. Dry flavor with a bit of yeast, some malt and nice citric/grassy/floral hops with a refreshing bitterish finish. Quite light-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

Pours a slightly hazy medium golden color with two finger of white foam. Nose is a bit musty with hints of clay, grassy low tide, wet grain and lemon. Palate follows with light refreshing flavors, some nice foggy wet fieldgrass notes. Earthy bitter arugula lingers with hints of lemon zest and melon rind.
