Schiuma bianca, persistente ma non molto fine. Aroma speziato, erbaceo, frutta gialla, cereale, leggero caramello. Aromi poco puliti. In bocca buona carbonazione, ancora poca pulizia. Speziato, caramello, finale amaro non troppo persistente. Bottiglia poco fortunata, la ricordavo migliore

12 ounce bottle (?)
This was hiding in the back of the fridge - probably something I picked up on clearance based on the sale sticker. A fine Belgian ale meets all expectations. There are definitely better ones but it does not hurt to explore.

Aroma / Appearance - The decadent ruby head shimmers and glows like waning sunlight. A dirty sand colored head accents the body well. Spices mixed with melted red hots and a light trace of grape Jolly Ranchers send confusing messages. It is still assertive but all over the map.

Flavor / Palate - Chocolate truffles, spicy cocoa, and caramel taste like dessert in a glass. The sweet mouthfeel holds its punches until you least expect the alcohol to bite. It may not be the flashiest beer on the shelf but it gets the job done.

Hazy blond colour, white head. Aroma of hops, malts, light sour malts, hay, light exotic fruits. Bitter hops, malty sweetness. Bitter finish, grass and hay.
Nice!

Bottle, 05/06/2013. Pours hazy amber orange, lighter highlights, big fluffy white head with great retention, lacing all the way down, active bubbles. Aroma is cereal malts, dusty Belgian yeast, light fruity aspects peeking through, soft herbal hops. Taste is cereal malts, light apple with grassy, herbal, bitter hops, yeast. Medium palate, creamy. Alright, decent Belgian ale.

Spina @ Zythos biere festival Piuttosto chiara, torbida, schiuma fine e molto persistente. Parecchio amara con note fruttate del luppolo. Ottima e dissetante!

UPDATED: APR 23, 2013 From Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon. It pours a hazy yellow with a nice head. Aroma at yeast that is confirmed since the first sip. Very bitter at start but rapidly turns to a very pleasant beer.

Bottle at POV, Brum. Belgian beers don’t give across so they? This is just (just?) a meaty, crispy, hoppy, yeasty, Belgian treat. 5.5 - live the feeling.

Poured from a 33ml bottle. It appears a clear gold color with a nice off white cap. Smell is yeast, pepper&spice and a mild malt presence. Taste is a touch of malt up front then quickly comes the some crisp fruitiness, yeast, spice all followed by dry and ever so slightly bitter aftertaste. Body is light but with a slippery aspect to it and delicately carbonated - very nice. Well, I can see myself buying this one again pretty good beer.
