Bottle 330 ml. Pours clear suny golden with thick white head and no lacing. Some bubbles. Aroma is very rich. Herbal and floral (roses) are pominent, but are also accompanied by hops, lavender, malt, citrus (lemon). Taste is marked by a strong presence of Belgian yeast, with also bubblegum, citrus, hops, flower, herbs, and lemony bitterness. Medium bodied with smotth carbonation. Oily texture. Original and right on style at the same time. A good, complexe Belgian Ale.

Draught sample @ Akkurat, 22/5-14. Yellow/Orange with a mist. Dry spicy, yeasty, zesty citrus aroma and flavour. There’s a pretty nice refreshing spicy bitterness to it. Would like to try it more properly.

Visual: Pours cloudy golden orange with a small uneven foamy head, a thin layer of retention, lots of sticky lacing, lots of small streams, sediment in the last few drops. Nose: honeyed stonefruit malts, (lvl-3)-pungency Attack: incoming sharp bitter hops Mid-palate: (lvl-4)-sweetness, creamy-light fizzy texture, (MAIN) grassy malts, apricot Finish: sharp bitter grapefruit hoppy dry finish Summary: A good balanced brew with nice texture, bitterness, flavour and fruitiness.

GSAP (475) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 21, 2014

Love this brewery. Just look at their amazing labels. Easy to drink blond flavours, bisquit, orange and citrus, relaxed malts and yeast. Lobley jubley.

Quite bitter and very fresh, fruity taste. The kind of beer I wish was on tap at the bars I regularly visit instead of this boring luxemburgish lagers.
