750ml Bottle on 10/11/07: Faint aroma of Belgian yeast and a little spice. Poured golden in color with a huge, foamy, white head that lasted throughout. Small lacing. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Not much to the flavor besides yeast. Medium body. Sticky texture. Lively carbonation. Tasteless finish. Overall, boring with little taste.

Pours a very yeasty, gold color with a small white head. Smells of some belgian yeast, funk, and orange citrus. Got a good belgian feel to it. The flavor is pretty heavy on the funk. Pretty full-flavored. there is a big spice character to it to go alnog with the orange citrus, and maybe a trace of some sweet cinnamon in there too. Alcohol wasnt too big, and it didnt really show up much. The finish was spicy with a sweet semi-bitter aftertaste. Pretty nice, easy drinking Belgian.

Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a really great frothy head that lasts forever. The aroma is wonderful.... yeasts, citrus and hints of pale malts. The flavor is really refreshing... lots of spiciness with fizz and maybe... banana? Iím not sure, but itís pretty classy. Itís like a really excellent, clean pale lager... pretty good. Not my favorite style, and not quite as exciting as I usually prefer, but Iíll probably have another bottle of this one down the road.

Pours a hazed straw gold with minimal head. Nose is like dusty yeast. Flavor is dry. You get a musty yeast with minimal sugar presence. The profile comes and then drops fairly quickly. Feel is nice. Smooth with decent bubble. No unusual or odd or weird character. But the overall experience is damn good. Smooth and even. And I love the story posted on the label of the beer. Very much worth trying.
