33cl bottle. Hazy orange color, small to medium white head. Nose : fresh aromas of citrus and pepper. Clove and bread, tart malt notes. Sip : medium body with oily texture. Well carbonated. The beer has a malty, sweet start. It is really well hopped and develops strong bitterness flavoured with pepper, citrus and some pine. Aftertaste is bitter and herbs, a bit sour. It is really easy to drink and refreshing. I'm used to this beer and usually have a case of it. One of my favourite everyday beers.

The head is ok. It smells hoppy-fruity. The taste is very yeasty, hoppy and refreshing. Aftertaste bitter-alcoholic. Ok 11/11/11/12/12/11

Really good. This is like a weaker tripel. Those Belgians know a good yeast right? Right? Wrong? Somebody stop me. I like the name. Zinnebir. That’s a good name. What about Dubbel? That’d make good alliteration, you know I’m a fan of that shit. Oh, hold on, what about Imperial? That’s a strong name. Wow, Imperial. That would be brilliant.

5.8% Looks like something Stalin has commissioned, ale for the people. Do you think Joseph was misunderstood? No, good. This is like Calpol for grown-ups. Reassuringly good for you, takes the edge off. I know someone who had an interview with MI6 today. Expert on Middle East security. Could be useful to have around. I’d apply but not sure a particularly useless knowledge of tattoo artists who have relocated from the south of England to New York is what they are after. Unless Thomas Hooper is planning to destroy the Western world with mandalas.
