Pours cloudy orange with low white head Aromas of citrusy fruits, peach, wheat, wee bit bread, hay and coriander Quite attacking in carbonation. Taste has citrusy fruits, belgo yeast, pepper, wheat. Bit too bitter ending making it unbalanced

Skummar bra. Orange lite grumlig. Luktar lite blommigt. Ganska besk, fast inte usaIPA-ruskigt. Gillar.

Bottle. Apparently review #500 for this brew. Heya. Pours lovely hazy golden with a four finger slowly dissipating white fluffy head, leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is fresh citrus, orange zest, yeast, perfume. Taste is initially very bitter with grape and zest -almost like an american ipa - but only until some lovely belgian yeast and a sweet combo of pale malt and citrus sourness appear leaving room for a dry, semi-bitter finish. Medium body, high carbo, quite crispy texture. Went down fast, very nice.

Ganska mycket kolsyra, men passar ölen bra. En mycket fin törstsläckare denna varma sommarkväll. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Pours hazy amber-gold with a thick white frothy head, indicating the use of wheat. The aroma malt and yeast, a tad soapy but pleasing. The taste presents bitterness of a broad front, right from the start. A peppery sting on the tounge as the malt sweetness comes in diminished in a second wave. Long bitter aftertaste. Not as bitter as it may sound, but too bitter in my taste when I yern for a belgian blonde. However, it’s an appetizing beer with its’ freshness.

Bottled from Systembolaget Hazy yellow/golden with a medium, white head. Spicy, bready, citric aroma. Soapy citrus in the flavour along with elderflowers. Rather sweet though still refreshing.

September 2008, 750ml bottle, age unknown. Huge sticky cobweb head, cloudy honey colored body. Soft pungency in the nose, feet, cheese, stank, the blue cheese and brett notes are heavenly. Tingly on the tongue, peppery but soft, funky and dry parmesan cheese and grassy hops. A touch of honey sweetness, a little bit of sugariness. Damn good beer to settle in with for a few hours. 8/4/8/4/16, 4.0

August 2014, 33cl from Brasserie de la Senne in Brussels. Lightly hazed gold with a rocky white head. Simply beautiful in the nose: aromatic herbs, dried citrus peel notes, white pepper, malt comes across as baked bread / crackers with a touch of pastry dough... hops are juicy and floral with notes of lemon balm / herbs, but also just a hair green / raw... medium body, off-dry, hoppy. Filling soft natural carbonation, creamy malt texture, snappy spice... truly astounding stuff. Up against Dupont Biologique and De Ranke Saison (both 5.5%), both 4.0-level beauties, but tonight Zinnebir shows that it sits a level up. 9/5/8/5/16, 4.3
