3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle @ home, bought at the Lambiekstoempers festival. It pours a very beautiful clear pale yellow-gold, and a nice cloudy gold with the (unadvised) sediment. Small but firm bright white but creamy head. No carbonation pearls visible. A fresh and I like to think typical for de la senne, yeasty and slightly sour aroma with hints of unripe or green apple and malt sweetness.
Taste of hop bitterness, hints of citrus, blossoms of sweet citrus fruit, very dry mouthfeel with tingling light carbonation. Some mango and strawberry to be found in the aftertaste.
All by all a lovely hoppy bitterness, with slight edge of tangy citrus in the overtone. A very refreshing and elegant beer. Love it!

Another brewery that I don’t understand the hype it gets. Golden pour. Small white head. Little lacing. Pretty bland taste of something resembling malt. Nose is pretty nonexistent with any semblance of aroma.
