Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body speckled with yeast flecks and a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of yeast, apricot and bread. Flavour of coriander, sugar and lemon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Dry and easy drinking. Simple.

Bottle @ home, bought at the Lambiekstoempers festival. It pours a very beautiful clear pale yellow-gold, and a nice cloudy gold with the (unadvised) sediment. Small but firm bright white but creamy head. No carbonation pearls visible. A fresh and I like to think typical for de la senne, yeasty and slightly sour aroma with hints of unripe or green apple and malt sweetness. Taste of hop bitterness, hints of citrus, blossoms of sweet citrus fruit, very dry mouthfeel with tingling light carbonation. Some mango and strawberry to be found in the aftertaste. All by all a lovely hoppy bitterness, with slight edge of tangy citrus in the overtone. A very refreshing and elegant beer. Love it!

Hazy/cloudy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma of malts, sugar, citrus, some distant fruitiness. Taste is fairly similar with lemons being far more obvious. OK, drinkable ale.

Another brewery that I don’t understand the hype it gets. Golden pour. Small white head. Little lacing. Pretty bland taste of something resembling malt. Nose is pretty nonexistent with any semblance of aroma.
