Bottle, 33 cl: Cloudy, golden beer with a rocky off-white heady. Aroma is hoppy and caramel-malty. Notes of oranges and lemon. Taste is medium sweet with some caramel and butterscotch-notes. Heavy bitterness form the hops with light tartness beneath makes this a quite complex palate. Medium in body, oily in texture and softly carbonated. Finish is long, slightly astringent, dry and bitter. More hoppy than your average Belgian blonde.

Bottle or tap at Le Poechenkellder in Brussels. It poured a foggy yellow-orange liquid with a big white head. Flavour of yeast and sour fruits like apples. Taste was milder then the smell. Smooth mouthfeel, very little carbonation and light body. Light and easy to drink but felt flat and too mild.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas during our trip to Belgium last week. Reviewed from notes. Served in a De La Senne cervoise. Pours a clear yellow with a huge, fluffy white head and great lacing on the way down. Thin cap throughout. Bright floral hops start the nose off along with a bit of pepper and spice from the yeast. A bit of earth there as well. Body is light and crisp with a dry and bitter finish. Overall, fairly similar to the Allagash collaboration, but with continental rather than American hops. Quite tasty.

On draught at Cafe Kafka Brussels. Slightly hazy orange blond colour with a small white head. Aroma is mango, creamy malts and a touch of citrus hops. Taste starts slightly sharp with initial bitterness and has a full finish. Medium bodied and with medium carbonation. Ultra drinkable, lovely beer.
