This little bastard made an excellent brew!
This is something to aspire to; as an alchemist blended a few natural ingredients and came out with such a complex and flavorful- but most importantly a clean and crisp brew that SNAPS into it’s flavor profile.
One of the best I have had.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This was very smooth easy drinking brew with a bitter suprise in the finish. Citrus in the nose and finish, orange peel, some tartness. Citrus hops take over the finish then comes along a increasing bitterness. The carbonation livened up the hops quite a bit. Very bitter for a belgian brew.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
by the smell of this I could have mistaken this by a gueuze! Very tarty aroma, some outhouse, hey, flowers, grass. Colour is orangey, firm head. Taste is dry, some orange, very carbonated, surprisingly thick palate considering the abv. Decent.

Teh beer in general is good, it has some orange peel spots which are good. Even the end of the beer is great.

A Mes rate: Tap at Le Poechenellekelder. Advertised as a "special". Actually it’s nothing like. Huge rocky head. Tripel type nose and flavour. Quite hoppy. A little spice. *Yawns*

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Amber, slow pearling carbonation, huge golden lacing fluffy head. Citrus, fresh green and light wooden (corked) aroma. Fruity base, fresh hops, pine, a bit cork again - curious that - the cork itself is fresh and undamaged.
Rich creamy mouthfeel, fairly lightbodied though.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Super Saver. Hazy golden pour with 1-finger creamy white head. Aromas are floral, spicy, with a strong hop and citrus component, and a tad of soapiness. The flavor is very floral and dry palated, with some spice notes, and a strong hopcitrus character that seems to intensify as this one warms. Solid palate complexity and balance for this one, and a sizable sediment layer on the bottom of the bottle.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Hazy amber body with a small white head. Aroma offered nothing of interest. Some yeast and fruit notes and a touch of spice but all too subtle or faint to impress. Medium body, low carbonation. The flavor was also lacking character. Some sweet and sour notes, a touch of spice, but basically unremarkable and forgettable.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled - Evening Star Brighton. A hazy blonde coloured beer with no head. The aroma is yeasty with some lemony hop. THe taste is ordinary and a little over-sweet. Some citrus hop but fairly dull and standard. Still drinkable though.
