UPDATED: AUG 8, 2009 2009-06-26, bottle at Beer Mania, Bruxelles, 7-4-8-4-16=39 Cloudy golden color; smal head, persistent. Spicy malt perfume, dry and spicy malt flavor, a bit of yeast character, strong bitterness. Belgian, oh yes, maybe with a modern touch.
2007-08-01, draught at Moeder lambic, Bruxelles, 8-5-8-5-17=43 Hazy golden color; huge creamy head; nice lace. Nice aroma, with honey and fresh German hops (Hallertau?). Fresh and refreshing, easy mouthfeel, with the malt flavor and the strong hopping increasing while drinking. Excellent.
