Wie das Etikett so auch das Bier. Schön fruchtig und blumig mit einem milden Charakter, ordentlich in Hefe und Hopfen, dazu hier und da ein leicht saurer Touch. Balanciert, entspannt, belebend. Klasse.

330 ml bottle (5,8 % ABV)
White golden clear beer with little white persistent head leaving some lacing on the glass. Aroma has malts, apricot, honey and yeast. Flavor has herbs, grass and malts, also some yeastiness. Palate is medium full with quite strong carbonation and some bitterness. Finish has quite long but quite mild bitterness, also heat of alcohol. Aftertaste has herbs, malts, yeast and some touch of alcohol. Adding the sediment makes it totally murky and adds stingy yeastiness, also weirdly soapiness. Kind of a Belgian ale version of a German lager.

Flanfl (248) - Bordeaux, FRANCE - JUL 14, 2015
Cloudy yellow body, big fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, notes of yeast and spices. Flavour is bitter right from the start. Then comes citrus and more bitterness. Finish is fairly and bitter dry. Medium body low carbo. Not the most complexe beer but it's balanced, refreshing and sessionable. Quite a good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

.15l pour from tap into cylindrical tasting glass at Mel’s Craft Beer in Vienna. Pale yellow, faintly hazy, moderate carbonation, decent fluffy white head, great lacing. Body is light, crisp, and sharp. Nose is light citrus and light cereal. Taste is wheaty, with a little tanginess and some hay/grainy earthiness. Leaves a strong lingering bitterness. Very drinkable.
