Bottle from Y Delyn Wine Bar, Mold. Pours a clear gold straw colour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is citrussy, yeast and sweet. Taste is dry and grassy hops with a nice lingering bitterness from the hops. Also picked up bready yeast and orange zest. Smooth carbonation and little lacing on the glass. Overall I see this as a bridge between craft and Belgian beer, super tasty and super accessible!

Hazy orange-tinted yellow, dense white head. Nice lacing. Nose is yeast, oranges, grass, spice. Flavor is yeast, citric-floral tones, surprising amount of bitterness for a belgian ale. Hoppy bitter, spicy-herbal finish. Feels like a modern take on a classic.
