330 ml bottle. Lot 5212. BBE Sept/2014. 5.0%. From saveur-biere.com.
Cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Belgian style yeast, malt and some mild bitterness in the aroma. The aroma is closer to the Belgian Blond than the Witbier. The flavour is yeast, some wheat, spices and mild floral hops. Not bad.

Countbeer (4397) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - NOV 13, 2012
Bottle: Lively medium to bigger sized white head, changes pretty quick into an airy head/lacing on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Smell wheat, yeast, hops, citrus, vanilla, herbs, hint of lemon, hint of vegetables and hint of hairspray. Taste wheat, malty bitters, hops, grains, vanilla, plant bitterness/light sharpness (but well mixed into the beer), light lemon and citrus, some grains like corn and floral wheat. Aftertaste is wheat and malty with a malty bitterness, some creamy herbs/spices and some vanilla grass. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture.

Very pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of candy, wheat, coriander and malts. Quite sweet flavour, light sour, light bitter. Finish candy, bubblegum and some light bitterness.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2013 Golden light and very filtered, white stable head. Very fresh herbal, grassy and very floral. Taste isn’t as nice, loads of coriander, herbal aftertaste. Mouth feel is okay. Not quite my beer. (At ZZT V)

bottle from Saveur-Biere.com. Cloudy pale yellow, huge fizzy white head, collapsing noisily without a trace within a few seconds. Good wheaty aroma. Light-bodied, whetay and yeasty with hints of coriander and spices. Very refreshing on a hot summers day with 35°C.
