A hazy amber beer with a huge white lazing head. The aroma is quite light with notes of fruit and wood, but also a slight acidity. The flavor is sweet dusty and fruity. Over the top I think - vintage 2001 - sampled 2006.

Bottled. Orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is yeast, hops, citrusfruit and malts. Flavour is yeast, caramel malts and some alcohol. A very pleasant thing, that hides the alcohol very well, or atleast the alcohol is not too disturbing in the aroma or flavour.

Cloudy, beige. Very spicy, bready nose - cumin, caraway and mint. Very toasty, yeasty beer. Palate shows coriander. Probably a bit too carbonated, but otherwise a nice beer.
