UPDATED: MAY 23, 2016 Licht van smaak. Limonade zoet met een wat droge afdronk. Weinig spannend bier met weinig smaakevolutie die opmerkelijk genoeg erg alcoholisch smaakt.

On tap at Olivier, Utrecht. Nose is fruity. Body is opalescent yellow, head is big, white, rocky, mostly lasting, excellent lacing. Aroma is peach, pearl, honey. Medium sweet, light bitter, light fruity sour. Finish is medium lasting medium bittersweet, developing hoppy bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Easy, quite good, not too sweet, nice one.

Hamirubi (564) - Waarschoot, BELGIUM - APR 21, 2015
Draught at the Belgian Beer Caf Olivier (Leiden, The Netherlands). An amber, hazy triple - even with a white beer appearance. The foam is big but not that dense, full of carbon. A nice bitterness makes up for the subtle finish. The taste is very malty. Not a bad one, this triple.

Pretty mediocre for a tripel. Golden with a thick white head. Medium bodied with a candied fruit flavor, some apple, brown sugar, bread, and spice. Tried at the Leiden Cafe in 2014 with Erol, Anouk, and Nick.

On tap @ Olivier Leiden. The aroma has mango, lots of it, some earthy yeast, grain, but fruitiness is sominating. Bit hazy, golden coloured with a medium, white head. The taste is light bitter, refreshing, grainy, bit dusty/yeast tones overruled with mango fruitiness again. Dry and very enjoyable.
