From bottle at Cafe De Spuyt, Amsterdam. Hazy, pale golden with almost no head. Fruity aroma and flavours with some spices. Still on the sweet side. Just a bit boring.

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2012 A bit hazy and golden colour with a white head. Yeasty, fruity and mild malt in the aroma. The flavor is moderate sweet with notes of fruit, alcohol, and yeast. The alcohol taste drags it a litte bit down. But overall a nice beer.
Bottle from Odijk (Utrecht), Holland

75 cl. bottle, shared with and @ Bart. Hazy golden with a white head. Not much in the sense of aroma, some yeast and malt but that’s it. taste is somewhat better but not much. The bottle wasn’t very old but the taste was a bit musty. Not a very clean beer.

The beer in the glass is pale yellow, slightly cloudy with a little foam. It smells very yeasty, hoppy and sweet. Starts hoppy-mild, slightly sweet in the background, very fruity and yeasty. The middle part shows yeasty-sweet and fermented, mildly hoppy. Goes into an alcoholic, yeasty-sweet and subtle hoppy finish!

Hazy orange / yellow, small white head. Aroma is dusty, yeasty. Taste is like the aroma. Medium body and ok carbonation.

Bottle: Big airy white head, disappears slowly, on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Smell yeast, fruit, orange, milk, gass and cardboard. Not the best smell for a beer! Damn... Taste yeasty fruits like orange, peach, pear and banana, gass and cardboard, low to medium bitter, a hint of hops and it’s citrus, tend to go to nasty malts, old sweets. The smell does not encourage to keep on drinking this beer. The taste is better, still not good enough. Unbalanced. And too much strange things to bes tasted. The aftertate is hop fruity some herbs and yeast. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy light watery texture (more creamy). Guess the aftertaste is the best this beer has to offer. It’s a pity to spend your money on this beer.

Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit and bubblegum. Flavour is malt, yeast, alcohol, fruit and light bubblegum.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2011 light red brownish beer with a generous frothy head and nice carbonation and dusty yeast floating around. The smell is fleshy and organic; rotten apples, chlorine and spices. Very subtle citriness and breadiness. Some green banana. The taste is dry and watery with some fruitiness. Bitter sour aftertaste. Some breadiness and light twang of alcohol. Unpleasant fleshiness in the taste.

Pours a clear and golden beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, fruit, spices and sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with additional alcohol. The palate is dry with sweetness and alcoholwarmth. Overall an average beer.

Bottle @ Early Winter Tasting, Odense, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head. Yeasty and fruity nose and flavor. Very dusty and thin. Paper and vague metal.
