Bottle without label, fresh from the brewery. To much Co2, although in fine bubbles it was just to present. Fresh in taste, yet H2O like. Bit of sweetness in the beginning, sticky bitterness at the end. Have not a real clue in what way it would compare to a Schwarzbier, yet thats what they claim it is.

Tap at 4th Utrecht Brewers Festival. Dark brown coloured beer, with a good sized off-white head, with good retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Aroma has light coffee notes, malts, faint red fruits. Taste follows the aroma, with red fruits, light roasted malts, some caramel. Medium thin body with soft carbonation. Quite good.

Decent schwarzbier. It has the typical roast and caramel notes. A bit too sweet for my taste though.

Tap @ UBF ’13, shared with caesar. Dark brown color. Tan head. Aroma’s: roasted, sweet malts. Retronasal there sour fruit, caramel and roast. Flavor is roasted, light sweet, some fruity sourness. Light bodied, but not too thin. Finishes roasted. Really liked this.
