Bottle. Pours dirty brown with off white head. Nose of malt, dark fruit, mixed nuts and banana peel. Taste has those elements but this off water taffy/bubblegum and potting soil note throughout. Medium body.

Personalmente, mi piace molto questo microbirrificio. L’aroma si presenta fruttato, mandorlato e più in generale di frutta secca. C’è anche qualcosa di luppolo. Il gusto è più o meno come l’aroma, quindi frutta secca e quel sapore di malto tostato e liquirizia che difficilmente abbandonano un dubbel. Anche l’alcool, a differenza della sua consorte (Femme Fatale), dice la sua nel gusto. Finale amaricante e persistente. Buona

Bottle. Aroma is very fruity and sweet, almost candy like. Loads of apple.
Flavour is quite malty, some fruit, boring.

Bottle. Hazy light brown color, coca-cola head. Aroma of sour bubblegum and caramel. Taste is similar. Doesn’t mesh well.

25cl bottle @ home. Hazy dark brown color with a nice dark red glow coming through. Big rough off-white head. Smell malts and lightly sweet. Taste malts, some fruityness, slightly sweetish hints, but a rather bitter finish. Decent carbonation, ok body.

Clear light red brown beer, big light beige head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: sweet malty, candi sugar, bit peppery, milk chocolate, some overripe banana. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: malts, caramel, bit sour, red berries, toast, bit nutty, bitter chocolate. Aftertaste: bitter with a sour touch, dark chocolate in the end. Surprised about the low ratings...

Bottled. A dark red beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma has notes of candy sugar, yeast, dried fruit, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, candy sugar, alcohol, dried fruits, and a bit of yeast, leading to a dry finish. The alcohol tickles the tongue lightly.

Füllig wirkender Antrunk, der sich nach genauerem Betrachten als eher mild herausstellt. Harmonische Kräuternoten sind vorhanden, die aber nur kurzfristig halten. So gehen dem Bier mit der Zeit die Aromen aus, es bleibt eine wässrige Grundherbe. Zum Ende dementsprechend langweilig, es entsteht ein kurzer flacher Abgang. 10/8/7/7/fl/7

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a beige and dense medium-sized foamy head. Caramelly malty and citrus-/lemon-fruity, slightly zesty aroma with notes of ginger and coriander. Slightly sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a calm carbonation. Fruity and cara-malty taste with bearable spicy notes; a bit slim fruity and malty finish with a delicate bitterness. Nice one, unfortunately a tad too slim. 24.V.11
