330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Airy, off-white head, leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Misty orange coloured body. Dry and tart nose with an impact of yeasty. Flavour profile follows suit with sour fruit, yeast and cheese. Lingering mid-dry, tart and sweet ending. Refreshing cleanser, Food friendly with the fish (Tromsø 09.07.2016).

Fruit, citrus and yeast aromas. Taste is sweet with a certain tartness mixed in, but very well balanced for being defined as a Sour/Wild Ale. Once again some lemon citrus and fruit mixed in, alongside some wood. Refreshing finish that makes you long for more.

Colore ambra, limpida senza schiuma. Aroma fruttato, al palato acidula, fruttata e con una buona vena alcolica. Nel suo genere è buona.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Hazy dark amber to copper. Thin layer of white head which quickly disappears. Heavy brett nose, surprisingly (note: this was labeled on Ratebeer as a Belgian Strong Ale when I bought it). Oak, white wine and some wine gum. Banana, candy, wine gum, white wine, martini flavour. Bread, brett and farmhouse. Sour. Green apples. Fruit, ripe mango. Very dry, puckering. Medium body. Lots of carbonation, fizzy. A lot of complex flavours, interesting. A bit too sour in my opinion, at least when drinking a whole bottle alone. I would recommend sharing this one.
