Had this from bottle at Vilvordia Bier Proef Festival, Jette, Brussels, Belgium Sat 24th March 2012 with Loz and in company of Simon, Jackie & David Hazy amber in colour, really floral nose, very perfumey, hadn’t read about this so didn’t know that it had been matured in Medoc casks, not sure what Medoc is but think this is wine so I guess that this is contributing to the nose. Unusual beer, tangy, fruity and with a little sourness but it is very nice. A8 A4 T6 P3 Ov14 3.5

Bottle at Vilvordia. Hazy yellow color. Aroma of slightly sour grape skins. Taste is similar. Very nice.

Bottle @ VBPF’12. This beer rocks!.

A bit sweet for my taste. Lambic aroma. Sour, fruit mix. Yellow golden appearance. A bit of salt water taffy as well. Tried at the Bruges bierfest in 2012 with Jess and Dave.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze. Hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit and white wine. Hoppy and fruity taste, quite rich, with notes of grapefruit and gooseberries detected.

5/II/2012 33cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2012-98)

clear blond beer, big yellowish creamy head, very adhesive, nice lacing. Aroma: very fruity, sour touch as well, some peaches, yoghurt, bit woody. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: fruity start, vinous, white grapes, bitterness, citrus, lime, bit sour, sweetness beneath it all. One of my favorites of the festival!

Disparate white head over hazed pale yellow-orange beer. Strong nose of blue Curaçao peel (even when not used), vinous, and especially other yeasts (Pediococcus, Brett?) More oranges in the mouth, bitter, Brettanomyces, sweet-sourish. Light body, acidthinning, but very oily feel. Excellent and original.

(Bottled) Opaque yellow with a small, lacy head. Aroma of peach fruitiness, wild yeasts, red wine barrel. Very complex flavor with wild yeastiness, red wine, pale grainy malt, sweetish vinegary tartness. Medium to full body, soft CO2. What can I say? Excellent, awesome, truly beautiful, a work of (brewing) art. Bought a six-pack :) 4366
