Slightly cloudy, orangey, pale golden colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. With opening the bottle and at the latest from pouring, a bretty aroma with typical sweet-ish bubblegum and funky touch fills the room; the nose is nevertheless dominated by citrusy fruity hoppy flavours, notes of lemon, grapefruit, nectarine, mirabelle, peach peel, the bretty notes remain present in subordinated attitude, additionally some peppery spicyness. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, citrusy, hints of lemon and grapefruit, funky undertones, some peach peel, a peppery spicy touch; slightly prickling, refreshing carbonation with bridled liveliness. Though quite complex, very drinkable due to its excellent balance.
