On tap at ’t Arendsnest. I guess I had the first glass from a stirred barrel, the beer looked like caffé latté. Aroma is sweet and spicy, malty. Flavour is sweet and spicy, malty, yeasty. Finishes sweet. Thin to medium bodied.

Light unclear medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, straw, toasted, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. IMO off but okay now ! Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft and fizzy. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours hazy yellow with a large frothy white head. Yeasty and fruity. Exotic hops.Dry and bitter. Floral. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, coriander, malt, fruits and hops.

Very hazy/cloudy yellow to orange colour - looks like fruit juice. Smells Soapy, fresh, fruity. Tastes soapy, fruity, dull. Light body, good carbo.

Opaque whitish yellow body with big fizzy head. Spicy aroma, and some soap.
Mildy bitter taste, with some astringent fruit. Aftertaste seems somewhat off with overdue hops.

Bottle:
Big white/off white head on top of a hazy yellow light orange colored beer.
Smell hops, soap, paper and some spices.
Taste hops, light paper, malts, light sour and a bit of fruit.
Nice fruity sour aftertaste.
Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a light watery texture.

Scharfer Antrunk mit bitteren und leicht würzigen Noten, die aber alle nicht von der Grundwässrigkeit ablenken können. Im Mittelteil breitet sich der Hopfen noch etwas aus, die Bitterkeit bleibt, ebenso der scharfe Ton. Auch hier ist die Wässrigkeit derart präsent, dass die jedem auffallen muss. Im Abgang strömen keine neuen Aromen nach, um die Wässrigkeit zu verdecken, eine leichter Erdnusston ist nur äußerst schwach am Rande bemerkbar. Weiter scharf, etwas würzig, bitter.
