Saurer Antrunk. Noten von Kirsche, die Säure bleibt stark. Minimal herb was hinter der Säure zurück bleibt. Leicht herb, intensiv. 10/8/9/9//9

Amber with a white head - Sour aroma with hints of vinegar - Sour flavour that has vinegar flavours to it - The sour vinegar goes into a long finish - This was nice, but perhaps a littel to much on the vinegar side

Bottle. Sensoric. Reddish, hazy with very small, almost none head. Aroma is very tart, woody with strong acetic acid accents. The aroma is developed by berries, lemon and light caramel notes. Taste is really sour, but it’s nothing comparing to some de molen sour ales. In the end sourness becomes more intense, rather dry. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, finish is sour and dry. This beer is real sour bastard for sour-like beer geeks, if you are new to this style you should be aware of this beer.

Bottle at The Sovereign. Dark maroon color, flat. Aroma of sour prunes. Taste is very acetic, harsh mouthfeel. Painful nostalgia for the original blend, in the wee hours of the night after the Haand festival in Drammen, May 2012.

Fra flaske på Haand Ølfestival 30 Mai 15. Delt med Rune. Mørk brun. Uklar. Filmskum. Syrlig plommearoma. Smaken veldig syrlig. For syrlig. Blir monoton.

Poured from a bottle at Haand Ølfestival 2015, shared with Finn. No head or lace. Dark reddish body. Tart smell of fruit and berries. Taste of sourish fruit in the direction of vinegar. Okay as a palate cleanser, otherwise really not for me (Drammen 30.05.2015).

Bottle @ Nydalen may 2014. Unclear dark brown body with practically no head. Aroma is rather intense sour with sour berries, vinegar and acetone. Flavor is very sour berries, vinegar, acid and a hint of chocolate. Medium body and acidic aftertaste. Close to something that might be great, but too rough at the vinegar in the end. Not really complex the way Rodenbach etc. makes sour ales.

Bottled. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of brett, vinegar, beries and caramel notes. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and tart. Light to medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Sour.

Small sample from botte at Camping Ratebeer ’14. Pours hazy reddish/brown with a very small white head. Aroma has quite some acetic acid, wood and quite some sourness. Taste is medium to heavy sour and quite dry with acetic acid and some fruitiness. Light to medium body, medium carbo.
