Bottle from Gurd at Gurd’s bottle tasting evening. Very nice IPA and a tasty palate cleanser during an evening of big Stouts. Good fresh citrus. Good body.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange pour, thick solid white head. Aroma of fruity hops, peach, mango, pineapple and some unfermentable sugars. Flavor is sweet fruity hops, fruity malts, typical De Molen yeast and nice bitter hops in the finish. Nice balance, nice texture, decent carbonation. A welcome good old IPA from the Molen.

Bottle 330 ml at home, into a tulip. ABV 6.2% Initial pour gives a clear deep orange copper colour on the body, with a big white head on top, thick and soapy with very good retention and medium lacing left on the glass. Aromas of citrus, orange peel, grapefruit, but it also has some of a belgian ale in it, as far as the fruity aromas are concerned. Nice clean taste, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, some pine on the finish. Good bitterness, mild, with long duration. Medium thin body, average carbonation. Very good.

Pours hazy amber with a huge, lacing white head. Aroma of citrus, orange peel, berries and notes of caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and bitter. Medium bodied, oily text. and average carb. A quite nice IPA.

draught@Au Trappiste, Bern - hazy dark orange beer under a solid long lasting white foam; nice lacework; fruity hoppy aroma (mango, litchies); light chewy, medium-bodied, decently bitter yet with a light residual sweetness; aftertaste of cream and fruity hops - fresh and lively

TET (2540) - Kaarina, FINLAND - DEC 10, 2013
A hazy, orange beer with a hansom and big, quite dense and blond head. The nose is fructose and fruitfull, some sweetness, belgian fruits, nicely tropical, mandarin and also other citrusfruits. Taste is dryer than aroma, but not totally dry, nice fructose, mandarin, grapefruits and pine needles. The end is then more herbal. Good balance between the bitterness and sweetness. Medium bodied, slightly harsh carbonation, but still nice to drink. The label said that yeast is bottom fermenting, well that is not bothering at all, the good beer in the quite simple package.
