TBone (4616), Pori, Finland Jul 17, 2008 Bottled 75 cl (BB 10/2010)
Hazy orange-amber color, good creamy off-white head. Aromatic hoppy fruity (pineapple, pine, mango) nose. Quite full body. Fruity with tasty yeastyness, pine needle and resiny hoppyness, very rounded mouthfeel with plesant hop profile - feels less than 77 EBUs. Fruity and bitter aftertaste, not much alcohol in the flavor. Very good brew from this superb Dutch brewery. Swalden_28 (508), McKinney, Texas, USA Jul 16, 2008 Bottle, thanks to Bu11zeye.
Pours a nice golden orange color, cloudy. Has a nice fruity aroma. Flavor has a nice sweet fruity bitterness. Full body with medium carbonation. I liked this, very good beer!
sayravai (2993), Helsinki, Finland Jul 16, 2008 (Bottled, 0.75l) No pop from the cork, probably due to the bottle being filled up right to the top. Very hazy reddish amber with a medium, lacy head. Fruity aroma with grainy maltiness, hints of alcohol, and aromatic-flowery hops backed up by grassy bitterness. Grainy-malty, fruity, quite bitter flavor, some Nřgne IPA-like yeastiness. Alcohol feels slightly in the finish, but only when warm. Quite full-bodied palate with low carbonation. A well-balanced, pleasantly full-bodied, enjoyably fruity and hoppy brew. Not an American-style hop monster, but a very nice beer! omhper (10140), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 16, 2008 Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, rich head. Rich lychee aroma. Perfumy and lightly soapy. Dry and surprisngly light bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. It has that Belgian style fruity yeastiness and a long, somewhat resiny hop bitterness. bager (1867), Copenhagen N, Denmark Jul 11, 2008 Bottled. Hazy and amber coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Some sweet yeastyness with notes of malt, caramel, pines, citrus and grass.
