amber in the glass; citrus and pine on the nose; residual sugar, a touch hot, somewhat bitter finish, complex taste- a touch of citrus, heavy mouth feel and lasting flavour

Pours a hazy copper with a thin white ring around the glass and little legs. Aroma is sweet maltiness, caramel, tropical fruit, and sweet citrus. Flavour is sweet citrus, strong tropical fruit flavour, sweet maltiness, caramel, faint alcohol you almost have to be looking for and a medium perceived bitterness. Really tasty beer, definitely like the hop though a little on the sweet side.

Förbaskat bra singel hop. Mycket sötma i aromen.

Cloudy amber colour, not much head but some nice lacing clinging to my glass. Sweet, floral notes in the aroma. Citrus fruit and oranges too. Palate is rich with little carbonation. Hoppy, grapefruit and caramel flavours with a bitter end. Leaves you with sticky lips from all the sugar but that’s ok. I could drink this all day, lovely.

330ml bottle from The York Tap, York, England (£7.00):
Lively with lots of citrus and amarillo hops although it wasn’t as bitter or hoppy as I was expecting. There is some alcohol and a few lighter malts coming through alongside the caramel and sugar before rounding off with a semi-sweetness.
Hazy, dark amber. Lots of sediment. Huge, over sized, foamy white head that leaves a lot of lacing.
Stronger hops now with more pine and grapefruit coming through too on top of an intense citrus flavour and lots of bitterness. There is a few nondeScript fruity flavours and a strong alcohol kick to finish things up with.
Strong on the taste buds and very bitter with a huge alcohol kick that could have been better hidden although this improved given time. Carbonation was about medium but still seemed lively and there was a big citrus tang with a sharp and dry finish that was coupled with a slightly warming feel to the beer.

Not a beer I particularly enjoyed initially but one that improved considerably once the beer had a little time to open up and breathe some. The alcohol was still a little strong throughout and the palate was quite sharp and unforgiving but it was still a decent beer.

Pours a cloudy orange-brown with a medium sized tan head. Aroma of malts, light alcohol, and hops. Flavor of malt, citrus and grassy hops with some fruit. Seems a bit mellow for a DIPA, but still fairly bitter.

Bottle at home. Clear copper with a small head, ok lacings. Aroma medium+ malty (caramel, roasted), medium hoppy and some alcohol. Flavor medium+ sweet, some alcohol, medium bitter, long lasting, spicy. Medium to full body, sirupy, quite flat.
