Bottled at Monks Cafe,Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy amber color with a rich eruptive white foam. Oily orangey hops, sweet indian spices, herbs, yeast and wet grass. Full-bodied with notes of oily orangey Amarillo hops, wet grass,yeast, cinnamon and minerals. Full smooth mouthfeel with a gentle carbonation. Hoppy finish of orange-peels and wet grass with a smooth yeasty undertone.

Bottle. Hazy amber coloured with slight off-white head. Aromas of grass, orangefruit, toffee and spices. Flavour is bitter, fruity, grassy and piney.

Bottled - GBBF2008. A hazy brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The aroma is very hoppy. Good pine notes. Massively hoppy in the mouth, with a full creamy mouthfeel. Smooth and silky thanks to big malts. Very nice.

Bottled. Thanx oh6gdx. Hazy brown in color, minor bubbly head, lacings. The aroma is hoppy with a distinct presence of juniper berries. The flavor is malty, but mostly hoppy.

Bottle at RBSG. Poured deep amber with a nice cap of beige head. The aroma picked up sweet caramel and toffee with some floral and fruity notes also present. The flavor had tart medium-skinned fruits accenting toffee, caramel, and even a little chocolate… spicy floral notes and a touch of cat pee provided heavy bitterness all around.. finished long with more of the floral. Nicely balanced on the palate with lots of Amarillo as advertised.. very good brew!

Botella. Deep golden colour. Big bit creamish off-white head. Lovely hoppy sweet flower aroma with some alcohol. Very good mouthfeel. Great flavour of bitter hops and ripe fruits with some alcohol and yeast. Arigato gosaimasu señor Lobo-san.

Pours dark golden with a coppery edge. A big, frothy, off-white head. Big bubbles in the head, disappears rather fast. Lacing in big blotches. Aroma is soft, vinious, grassy with some fruity hops notes. Fine mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Flavour is wonderuflly bitter, grassy, a bit of yeast, some exotic fruits and a very dry finish. Good IIPA, but the ’old’ version i superior.

750ml bottle thanks to SS. Poured a cloudy gold in color with a large white head with great lacing. Aroma is really quite floral, Amarillo hops, and yeasty. Tastes of citrus and floral hops, bready yeast, with an underlying sweet malt base. Overall fruity, hoppy and very nice.

GBBF 08. Amber with a very hoppy nose. Classic dry hopped American-style beer. Some nice orange and vanilla notes come through before the biting finish.

Bottle sample at RBSG ’08. Pours with a cloudy, golden-orange body topped by a thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s hoppy and floral with some malty sweetness and a light spiciness. Medium bodied, dry and smooth.
