Tap@De Molen. Aroma has pine and is quite fruity-hoppy. It has citrus and aprikot.. Hazy, orange coloured with a lasting, off-white head. The taste is bitter and quite smooth for the style. It has pine, grapefruits and aprikots. Some caramel maltiness in it. Good beer.

(From draught)Nice amber color, not filtered, straight away nice subtile hoppy nose, nice soft malty flavours, easy drinking beer, even better when it get’s warmer, but the best thing is the aftertaste what a pleasure of hopbalance lingers on and on.........worth a detour on your holiday

Finish is bitter and a bit burning estery alcohol. Soft carbonation, creamy thick mouthfeel, alcohol very well hidden. Dangerously drinkable.

hopscotch (8217) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - SEP 10, 2008
Bottle… RBSG ‘08… Murky golden ale with a mid-sized, creamy, everlasting white head. Smells like a Belgian IPA with the usual phenols and esters that I don’t really dig, but the Amarillo hops save the day with their fresh grapefruit, pine and floral notes. Medium to full-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and frisky carbonation. Bittersweet, fruity and very lightly acidic. Lengthy, bitter, warming finish with a touch of residual sugar.

Bottle. Pours deep copper with a huge creamy beige head. Refreshing grapefruity hop aroma. Potent grapefruit hop bitterness, some apples and caramel maltiness. De Molen impresses once again.
