33 cl bottle bought at the brewery outlet during Borefts festival. Slow gusher. Hazy deep sparkling nut brown colored body with a large fluffy beige head. Aroma is laden with wooden yeast and fruity hops. Over-carbonated to the point of interfering with the taste impressions. Not much is given away before a papery bitterness overpowers the tongue. Alcohol is prominent. Shaking the glass to rid the beer of some carbonic acid allows for much more malty notes to appear. Ripe plums and marmelade too. Unbalanced but with appealing characteristics too.

Bottle 330ml @ My parentís place
Pours slightly hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, orange, peach, spices and hint of alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long orange fruity and bitter finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy amber/orange with a small white head. Nice fruity, herbal aroma. Medium body, some caramel and hop flavour. Not as expected, but very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours an amber. Aroma hits you straight way full of pine and caramel. Very well balanced beer with initial bitterness which turns to malty. Very very good beer.

From beernavigator. Finally a De Molen without 2 fists of head. Bottled in mid december, so its 3 months old when Iím drinking it. Red beer with a decent head and nice floral aroma. Very sweet indeed and just a bit of bitterness. A nice DIPA. Enjoyable but not spectacular.

Bottle at home, 17th march 2013. Had it at the recommend 10 degrees, this thing poured the biggest head, nothing I could do to avoid it, filled 3 glasses, horrible and wasteful and an issue I have found common in many de molen beers. Any way what wasnít froth tasted ok, not Over pouring, fairly bitter and balanced, not my favourite though and I would not buy again.

Dark amber colour. Pours small one half finger head in Duvel glass. Delicious aroma mainly of pine and caramel. Light carbonation, with clear caramel taste and pine aftertaste. Was so delicious that I drank it before it reached 10 degrees.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy amber beer with huge head. Nose is intense on grapefruit and coconut. Aroma is on caramel, coconut , apricot, very sweet, yeast notes, syrupy, resin, floral, creamy good but not exceptional.

Dec 2012 - bottle at around 10 degrees as recommended. Severely explosive upon opening - filled my mouth and two pint glasses with foam before I could control it . I ended up losing at least 75ml. The taste is a bit peachy, a little bit of that astringent bitterness associated with American IPAs but overall quite mild and malty. Really mild for a beer that is 9.2%. This is the third De Molen beer Iíve had, and my least favourite so far. Is still quite nice though.
