Tap at Paradiso DuPont for JulyPA. Poured a deep, full hazy orange like iced tea with a thin yellow head that left excellent sheety lacing. Amazing amarillo hop nose- one of my favorites: huge desert dryness, flowers, orange peel, fresh strawberries, and dried birch wood. Taste starts as caramel and strawberry candies and then quickly is warped into a full on dryness. No residual cloying sugars. Very yummy. A Ryan Artuso style DIPA.

750ml bottle. I was considerably lucky today: I was in my reference beershop and a bottle of this nectar exploded, at that point the seller "had" to share it with me. Don’t ask me why it exploded, as the beer was perfect. A beautiful dark amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is intese: pine, citrus and pineapple with some resiness. Taste is a bit softer and maybe sweeter then expected with piney and citrussy flavors sorrounded by a malty presence. Overall, an excellent DIPA.

from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark reddish-amber colour under a persistent creamy beige foam; aroma of fresh cream, apricots and starfruits; full-bodied and with some astringency; quite high carbonation, some sweetness and a fair bitterness; very fruity hoppy finish (apple, peach) and quite dry - very nice

Big thanks to bierkoning for this one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts strong, spicy-hoppy, grasy-woody, not too dry. Modest sweet background. Finish well balanced, spicy aftertaste, quite drinkable. Great beer!

Orangey brown body with good size head. Hops are definitely noticeable in the aroma and taste but with good support from the malts. I reallly like big DIPA’s and this is one of them.

Wow. Such a refined DIPA. Lovely Dark orange with huge frothy, foaming head. Nose is peach, pine, citrus and caramel. I the mouth it is a huge combination of caramel, alcohol and ctrus rind, but in a manner that is extremely smooth and without any rough edges. Highly recommended.

Bottle. Aromas of lemony citrus, perhaps some apple and spice. Nice burnished orange colour with a very ample, lacing and foamy head. Very well balanced malty sweetness and lingering bitterness. As the head dissipates a touch, a quick swirl of the glass allows the full and slightly creamy mouthfeel to continue and complement the great taste. Enjoyed this one a lot!

Bottle. Pours a hazy brownish orange with a huge, fluffy beige head that lasts ages. Fruity, hoppy aroma has notes of peach, mango, orange, pine, toffee and herbs. Flavour starts out sweet, becoming fairly bitter on the back palate, and is quite similar to the aroma, possibly even fruitier with additional notes of apricot and grapefruit. Light, dry mouthfeel with high carbonation and a long bitter finish. Very good DIPA is bold yet refined, complex and well balanced. Another great beer from De Molen.
