3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2013 Bottle (Cracked Kettle webshop) (6:4:6:3:12=3.1)
Pale hazy orange. Soft malty aroma, pleasant hops too but quite subdued. Soapy hoppy taste. A bit like a souped up light saison - over sharp and too thin. Definitely not a "bitter".

Lovely fruity hoppy aroma, classic new world hops, I can smell it from about 40cm away even though it’s smothered by the most absurd hamburger bun head. Rich hazy orange. Great refreshing palate, but not lacking in flavour. Gentle fresh malted barley, but a whole loas of fruits, from the light and citrussy to the sweet and tropical. This is what Menno intended - ignoring the bottlw numbers, we let that bottle get too old before drinking it. This is fresh and fruity, but sill quite well attenuated. Dry peppery bite from the hops, keeps it crisp and sessionable. Later finish brings back the lovely barley again. This may not be an English bitter, but it fulfills the same role, and does it excellently. Great session bitter, love the dry almost nutty noble-hop-like bite. Cheers Menno!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750 ml bottle, decanted before pouring. Slightly cloudy golden color, lasting white head. Fresh hop aroma, citric notes. Hoppy flavor with a malty finish. Light body, medium-high carbonation. Not bad at all for this ABV, a nice and light beer with plenty of hop goodness.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A cloudy yellow appearance with a dimishing head. The aroma contains some citrus mainly lemons and somoe hay. The flavor has a grassy presence with some lemons and a decent malt presence. The finish is slightly sour. It will do I suppose.

Dark yellow colored with white particles in there. Little yellow head. Strong amarillo hopped aroma with floral note. Medium bodied. Flavor is more watery with still strong and biting hops, this amarillo of course still present. Aftertaste lasts with lemony hops. Well, rare flavored for 4.7% brew.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle--thanks to jbrus! Hazy peach color with small beige head and quite a lot of sediment. Pronounced amarillo hop aroma. Sunflowers, bay leaves, honey and bee pollen in the back of the nose. High carbonation but not prickly, more like it sneaks up and bursts into the mouth after a small sip. Excellent sweet grain foreground. Mellow and earthy with a little smoke, roasted rice, and green tea tannins. Session potential and balanced.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled, 0.7 liter BB 20/04/09, from Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam. Hazy golden coloured, lasting head, beautiful. Amarillo nose, some grapefruit. Bitter flavour, quite watery. Very thin mouthfeel. Becomes a bit better when at the end of the bottle. Too thin to impress though.
