Countbeer (5955) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - APR 22, 2010
UPDATED: JUN 27, 2011 Bottle: Very small white foamy head. Hazy orange color. Smell is a mix of hops and fruits like apricot and mandarin. Taste is very light and watery with the above mentioned smells of fruits included. No real body and very watery and light tasty (like (light) tea) which makes it one of the more boring beers from De Molen (imho). ----RE-RATE&# 2011: Small airy white head on top of a light cloudy orange colored beer.  Smell hops, light fruity, herbs, citrus. Taste hops, fruits, citrus, pine, grape, sweets, light malty and some herbs. Hoppy fruity aftertaste. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, fuller body, watery texture.

33 cl bottle. Hazy copperish body with white head. Aroma has tons of hops, piney and citrus notes mostly. Some caramel with malt. Bitter, but not over hopped. Maybe a little watery. Very good malty taste, but hops are not really present in the flavour as much as the aroma suggests. I like lot of this beers’ qualities, but they could be combined much better.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2012 Bottle. Orange brown hazel, slightly tanned head. Aroma of lovely fruity amarillo. Flavour is a nice dry medium hop bitterness, very fruity. Goes down very smoothly. Very nice beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a thick foamy off-white head. Very hoppy aroma of fruity pine and grapefruit. Flavor is smooth, bitter hoppy yet subtle and easy drinkable. Really nice brew.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy golden colour, large white head. Fruity-citrusy hop aroma. Medium-bodied, intensive malty base with a hint of caramel, bitter, citrusy hops with a resiny touch come through immediately. The flavour is a bit IPA-ish - a very delicious beer.

330 ml bottle. Finland.
Hazy reddish amber colour with average white head and lots of floaters. Delicious sweetish dry fruity hoppy aroma. Flavour is dry with ash, liquorice, resin, grapefruit, orange and hops. Dry flavour turns to sweeter fruity aftertaste. Pretty complex rich hopped bitter with low ABV. I like this stuff, it’s delicious or should I say lekker!

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2010 Fresh strong nose with grape fruit. Nicely bitter hops. quite acid. medium strong malt flavor comes late and then it goes very sour. Great white foam that goes off quickly. Colour is hazy hay yellow. a bit irritating carbonation. watery, a bit oily palate. re-rated with a orange label.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2010 Pours slightly opaque yellow/amber with a white, consistent head. The nose has the amarillo hop along with a great amount of citrus and lemon and a hint of honey-like sweetness. The taste has a lot of lemon, is slightly hoppy and light grapes occur too. It has a high carbonation level and a small body, and the after taste is slightly sour and bitter, but only lasts 2-3 secs. A fine beer, it will do great on a hot summers day.

Bottle. Hazy dark orange, medium head. Yeasty and hoppy nose. Bitter flavor, and gently malty taste. Hop is spicy and citrusy, dry hoppy end.

(on bottle) Semi hazy orange, white head. High aroma of the hops, very fresh too. I love the fact that this beer is so loaded, throughout the drink, with hops and only holds 4.5%. Long, dry finish.
