Van de tap @DeRat. Mooi oranjegeel bier. Geuren van hop, bloemen, citrus. Smaak is hoppig bitter met vooral bergamot en grapefruit. Een heerlijke frisse IPA.

Sampled from tap at Meibockfestival Amsterdam 2016. Fruity-resiny, soapy aroma of lemon, grapefruit, ginger, pine and soap. Fruity-resiny, very soapy taste of grapefruit, mango, ginger, pine and lots of soap, followed by a short, moderately resiny-bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very soapy, might be that the glass was contaminated.

0.33 bottle. Hazy, dark orange color and a large, white head. Aroma is insanely citric, features pines, a touch of yeasts, and other fermented fruits. Bittersweet taste, mostly citric, grassy, piney. A medium body, a slick texture, and a soft carbonation. The finish is long and herbal, citruses are featured once more and herbal notes introduced for the first time. Overall a good beer; nothing majestic but worth attention.

tap at Arendsnest - Pours hazy copper with a big, lingering head that laces well. It smells of bergamot and hops. The flavor is of oranges and bergamot with plenty of hops bitterness. Very good.

330 ml bottle. Hazy orange colour with nice white head off. Aroma is mild, tropical fruits. Taste begins with refreshing notes of lemon, grapefruit, center has caramel notes, semi sweet than bitter finish. Optimum carbonation. Like this one.

Rating #1474 - 28.02.2015 - Bottle from Sherbrooke as Bergamot IPA. Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with blood orange, tangerine "bergamot" type notes, Taste is more of the same, ripe citrus and pastry dough malts dominating the flavour, with a dose of orangey sweetness sure to last. Well done.
