Bottle in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours amber with a frothy off white head. Nice hoppy aroma of grapefruit. The taste is spicy with grapefruit and biscuity malt. Slightly metallic. Decent, but a bit watery in the finish.

Bottle at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Outstanding beer. Beautiful bitterness, slightly perfumed and medicinal. Hop burn, with supreme release of flavour all across the tongue.

Keg (Blue Moon, Cambridge)
Mid orange, tight head as expected from keg. Slightly orangy aroma. Full palate, but carbonation high. Lovely earl grey bergamot taste. Aromatic - and each sip has a different emphasis. Some apricot. Alas, it’s way too fizzy. I’d like a bottle of this, as I think keg is spoiling it. However, it is crisp and refreshing with its lovely fruity hops. Drinkability fantastic for a 7.7% beer. Lots of character, and the hops build up , but never become dominant. A grand beer.

A very refreshing and satisfying ipa. The first smell is very pleasant and inviting, a little sweet, a litty citrus. The first sip proves this right. Then the hops come to play. It is a really nice balance with bitter and fruit. The bergamot really accentuates. Very good brew from the molen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy (iOs)

IPA with bergamot and dry hopped with amarillo, cascade, simcoe and columbus. Clear orange color with off-white head. Aroma is really floral, like a soft perfume. Taste is quite bitter all the way and builds up to the finish. A nice IPA overall but the bitterness is a bit harsh.

Draught*, at the GBBF 2015 (London Olympia) on 14-Aug-2015. Hazy amber colour with a thick off-white creamy head. Medium body and carbonation. Aroma of floral pine, citrus and peach. Lots of tropical fruit on the palate - passionfruit, peach, pineapple. Good malty backbone and a nice bitter finish. An excellent fruity hoppy IPA.
