Birra arancia carico, abbastanza impenetrabile a tratti.

Backlog rating. Keg at the King’s Arms tap takeover. It pours a clean golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with notes of mango, pineapple, tangerine, clementine. Taste is fruity and quite bitter with a good hoppy presence. Notes of ripe tropical fruits, big clementine tangy crispy hit. Finishes bitter and dry. Light bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit. There is a somewhat woody cedar like spicy note as well. I have no idea what bergamot tastes like, but that might explain it. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 240914

330ml bottle pours a pale amber orange color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is orange zest with some pine and grains. Taste is a pine hop and orange zest bitterness with a grainy malty sweetness. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation leaving a nice tingle on the tongue. Overall, quite an interesting and enjoyable IPA that I recommend others sample.
