COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bloed, Zweet & Tranen, brewed by accident with malt from the Bruichladdich distillery, instead of the usual peated malt. Single batch only. NOTE: Beware, the bottle does not indicate whether it’s the regular BZT or the Bruichladdich. So the only way to know this is if the one who bought it was told it’s the Bruichladdich.

Bottle from Hopduvel. Lovely alcoholous, full bodied scent & taste. Balanced. Palate is incredibly rich and full and balances sweetness with roasty notes, bitters on the end. Taste is dark chocolate, deep sweet soy sauce and coffee beans. Amazing one!

Cerveza con color oscuro tirando a marrón, espuma muy densa con color a caramelo, y que persiste hasta el final con una ligera crema. Sabor a bacon ahumado. Al principio tiene mucho sabor. Mejor fresca que no muy fria. Es una cerveza diferente.

Draught at Erzbierschof. Pouts a dark brown with a white head. Smells of smoke and malt and whiskey. Tastes of a heavy sweetness with a medium bitter and lots of smoked flavors. Finishes somewhat dry, but quite excellent.

Bottle 33cl from bierkoning, a dark beer with huge head, limit of a gushing. Nose is on ashes. Here we have a very smoked beer, even ashes notes, very bitter hops and a very dry body which gives a sharp feeling emphases the bitterness and smoked notes. In my opinion should have more sweetness.

AROMA: smoked ham, peat, burnt coffee beans, alcohol APPEARANCE: black, frothy, clear, froth clears to minimal head TASTE: medium bitterness, umami, PALATE: full body, oily feel, average, bitter, long finish OVERALL: really good balance of the smoke from the whisky with the porter-like aromas, bit too alcoholic---may benefit from a few year maturing.
