Liked this version better than the Motueka, but it was still a little disappointing to me. Expected to smell and taste more hops. Medium bitter. Medium body, low carbo.

At Borefts BF 2010. Dirty gold, thick beige head. Nelson Sauving jumps at you. Intense. All tropical fruit and no sweaty sox which you can get from NS. There was something about putting the hops in a stocking for 10 days into the beer, but my notes are unclear. Also something about cold fermenation using the Budvar yeast, but not sure about that either.
