COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Thereís plenty of fruit like orange, tangerine and sweet apples. Itís powerful and full bodied but still easy going. Although the name would suggest otherwise, itís our favourite amongst the female clientele yet also highly appreciated by the other sex. Well hopped as always, but the obvious alcohol and the massive malt and fruit character restrict the hops to the background, only to reveal itself in the finish. Full bodied, notes of champagne. Champagne mousse after pouring in the glass. Grapes and a hint of mandarin curacao in the aroma, together with a hint of vin mousseux. Malty sweet flavor, immensely full bodied, with mandarine curacao and vinous notes. Thick mouthfeel, just a touch of yeast in the aftertaste. Huge beer.

Clear copper pour with a small, oily, beige head. Aroma of dark fruit, caramel, rum booziness, brown sugar, planty, spicy and piney hops. Flavor is soft caramel, light toffee and toast up front, then light toasted cedar wood, mellow and sweet vinous notes, toffee nuts, sweet citrus, some earthy and herbal hops. Medium to heavy body, creamy, oily and chewy feel, light, blanketing carbonation, creamy to oily finish. Great stuff overall, odd though, big, sweet, boozy nose leading to a surprisingly easy going, smooth flavor profile and palate.

This is lovely! Dark redish color, nearly no head and low, but prickly, carbonization. A lot of rye bread in the aroma but also sirup and dried fruits. The taste is massive and sweet: rye bread, sirup, portwine, prunes, oranges, raisins, alcohol, yeast and a nice hoppy bitterness in the end.

Appearance: Very full bottle. Almost no head in the beginning, but nice light tan head after warming up a bit. Quite red in colour, hazy.
Aroma: Lots of fruit, sweet. Slight alcohol.
Taste: Wow, huge amounts of ripe fruit and sweetness. Prunes. Hint of alcohol, nice and warming.
Bought: Erzbierschof, 330 ml, CHF 8.00

Pours a two-finger off-white head that fades very slowly leaving a good lace. Cloudy amber color, some yeast left in bottle. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Sweet almost syrupy nose and flavor is sweet toffee, not cloying, high ABV is hidden. Pricey at $11.99 for a 330ml bottle from Julioís Liquors Westborough, Ma. Brewed Jul 2012.

Golden color with no head almost. The atone Is sweet and fruity. Some plums maybe, but definitely sweetness. Quite gluey on the lips. The taste is surprisingly soft and almost doesn't show the high amount of alcohol! Quite soft palate, no carbonization! The aftertaste is sweet, no bitterness whatsoever. Not my kind of beer but still a good one!

DAAIS; My 600 rating moment with de Molen from a Polish bottle shop. Pours hazy amber whith a white, shorth lived alchol head. Aroma is heavy malt, caramel, loads of alchol and orange fruity. Taste is heavy sweet, as is the lasting heavy, warming to boozy finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily to creamy, carbonation is soft to flat.
