Draught @ 4th Borefts Beer Festival 2012, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, riped fruit, orange - citrus, wood, oak, honey ! Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet fruity, alcohol, riped fruit, hoppy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120928]

From tap at Borefts. Pours hazy amber to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, dense malty and caramelish. Sweet malty, caramelish and toffee. Fruity and light toasted malty caramelish, sweet and light lingering finish.

Draught at Borefts Bier Festival 2012. Clear dark brown coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of hops, grass, tea and grapefruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, dried fruits, oak, hops, grass and grapefruits. Hoppy finish.

Draught at Borefts BeerFest 2012 (Cognac BA). Clear deep red/brown - white bubbles. Nice high sweetness, boozy, honey, wooden, oakey, grape fruits, cascade, herbal hoppy, light tea, candy.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 2. Hazy amber beer, little pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Smooth malt with a delightful sweet Cognac. Toffee and cream. Trace of hops stops any cloying. Smooth semi dry finish. Effortlessly drinkable. Lovely!

Boreft Beer Festival 2012. Hazy copper with a disappearing white head. Strong alcoholic aroma with lots of grassy hops, a fruity hint and some lemon peel. Cloying, sugary sweet flavour with malt syrup character. Grassy hops in the finish.

Tap @ Borefts 2012. Lots of Cascade hops and a hint of oak in the aroma. Full bodied, sticky, thick mouthfeel. A mouthful of beer. Malty, very sweet flavor with loads and loads of grassy hops, but also quite noticeable barrel ageing. Burning brandy flavors. Long sugary sweet aftertaste with earthy hops. There is much of everything, but still this beer is well balanced. Top class!

Draught. Amber coloured. Dense beige head. Aroma: bread, herbs, light flowers, alcohol, light herbs, Caramel, Wood. Flavour: tea, barrel, swetness, bread, flowers, caramel. Alcohol. Medium bodied. Ends smoothly bitter.
