Body is light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness, light grassy hoppyness, light yeast. The beer in the glass is pale yellow, slightly cloudy, with a white, high head. It smells subtle hoppy-sweet, slightly yeasty and very fruity. Starts with pleasant sweet aroma hops and yeasty nuances, coupled with plenty of fruit (apple, pear, grape). The middle part is very fruity and sweet, paired with plenty of yeast and aroma hops, very sweet in the background. Goes into a fruity-fermentedand yeasty finish with lots of aroma hops!

Bottle at home. Light blond with big white head. Aroma is wheaty, creamy malt, bit of pineapple, and floury bread. Taste is dry and crisp, very wheaty, with bit of hoppiness at the end, and lingering grainy maltiness. Nice and drinkable.

Big wads of loose yeast on the base of the bottle made for a very careful pour at first. It’s lively, the head rises swiftly to tower a good inch out the glass. Snow-white in colour and well retained, the lacing is fantastic. A dull, yellow gold in the body with good initial clarity. It’s got a yeasty, candyish, peardrop edge to the nose with inklings of guava, lychee and lime, almost reminiscent of a Belgian Blond. Quite fresh in the mouth, lots of ripe and underripe fruit, tangy, zesty with a moderately bitter tailend. Honeydew and lychee, a little tart, vinous even on the swallow. Lots of pear and vine clippings, a touch of pale grains and straw. Finishes quite clean, short, crisp. Light bodied, frothy, filling mouthfeel lets the flavours dance. Really enjoyable stuff. A simple kellerbier but great drinking. (33cL, 5.2% ABV, BB 04/09/12, Mane Liquor, Belmont)

750 ml bottle. BBE 29.02.2012.
Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a large foamy head. Aroma of honeydew, grains, pumpkin and some floral notes. Flavour of pale malts, flowers, grains, sweet honeydew, grassy hops, pumpkin and hay. Quite high carbonation, light mouthfeel and a dry, honey-like, slightly bitter finish. Pretty extraordinary.

(33cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clearish yellow with thick creamy head. Nose is floral, light earth, and cracker. Taste of cracker, butter, dry malted grain, decent but just not exciting to me. Soft carbonation with a creamy body.

Smells like a tripel beer. Quite a fruity and enjoyable one, but definitly not one of the best beers from this brewery.
