Sweet very roasty dark fruity alco aroma. Sticky mouthfeel. The flavour is quite sweet with lots of roasted malt and caramel, alcohol, some spice, dark fruits and liquorice. quite sweet and too much alcohol present but a good nighty night beer. yngwie (3762), Kristiansand, Norway Nov 29, 2008 Vat at the European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Served an unclear, dark brown body under a small, beige head. Alcohol-strong nose with roasted malt, fresh and dried fruits. Raisins more than prunes and other dried fruits. Sweet in the mouth with an alcohol warmth. Roasted malt, dried fruits and oak as well. Full-bodied, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Lasting finish with the flavors found initially. A gorgeous beer, but demanding to drink. Demanding in a good way. (080912) mjs (646), Helsinki, Finland Nov 28, 2008 (Bottle #68 at Pikkulintu on 2008-07-11) Dark brown. Hazy. Tan coloured quickly disappearing medium sized head. Fruity and salty nose. Full bodied and quite dry palate with little carbonation.
