750, corked and caged. Thanks, after4ever. Pours cloudy dark brown with an off-white ring of foam. Slightly funky earth and chocolate taste. Rather strange. Not bad, but strange.

Cask. A hazy deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and acidic brettanomyces notes from the wood combined with notes of vanilla, leading to a dry woody and alcoholic finish. The alcohol leaves a slight burn in the mouth.

Liquid Sunshine VII Tasting – Kirkland, WA
Aroma: Big fruit alcohol induced strong ale aroma.
Appearance: Dark Brown in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Nice fruit flavors and deep malt richness. Lots of oak flavors from the aging.
Palate: Dry Barrel Finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: Big killer beer. This was aged well and brewed with the utmost affection for brewing.

750, corked and caged. Thanks, TheWolf! Bottle #100. Pours a nearly opaque ebony/black. Bright caramel highlights. Dense creamy rocky bubbly tan head. Webby strings of lace. Huge sour smoky nose--intriguing and perfectly harmonious together. Creamy medium body. Smoky, sour mid-palate. Fruity. Long roasty finish. Awesome.

Draft @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Pours a very dark brown color almost black with a longlasting tan head. Has a fruity malty slightly vinous dark fruit aroma with some spicy hints. Dry woody malty and vinous alcoholic licorice flavor with hints of dark fruit. Dry fruity malty woody finish with hints of dark fruit in the aftertaste.
